It was excellent - clean and beautiful sheets. An abundance of towels, free water everyday. Lovely big bathroom, great outdoor areas with lights in the evening. We loved it!

Such a great place to stay. Location is excellent. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. One of my family members got sick and they were super attentive to all their needs. The place itself is magical, with a classic Michoacán style. I’d 100% recommend staying here

The location was excellent, and the facilities were interesting, well-appointed, comfortable, and clean. Sandra checked us in, and she was extremely helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our time in Morelia very much and enjoyed staying and the Casa de Eugenia as well. Sandra made us a lovely breakfast in the morning too.
