We stayed here for one night. The farm was super clean and spacious. The managers & staff were very friendly and present (in a very positiv way). There are many animals around which really calmed us down. The hike was nothing special but nice for a little move. The dinner and breakfast was extremely good.

We had an amazing stay! It was hard to leave. We enjoyed the conversations with their friends. The owners are very friendly, don’t hesitate to go their. She is an amazing cook! And the breakfast was delicious with self made bread and more than 6 different homemade marmalade! Fresh fruit (papaya and watermelon) from their garden and organic cheese from neighbours/farmers… We could even buy some products so we enjoyed the bread, goose berry jam and papaya in Etosha!

Ghaub is an exceptional property, situated in its own nature conservatory and on the site of an old mission. There is a lot of history in the property, accompanied by an old graveyard and rock etchings dating back to some of the earlier San inhabitants. Take the opportunity and go for long, relatively easy walks and you will be rewarded with a multitude of wildlife sightings of virtually every kind. Accommodation is in three blocks of farmhouse-style rooms, surrounded by large airy verandas, lovely to enjoy with a long, cold drink. There are also three seemingly well appointed campsites for those wanting to brave a slightly wilder accommodation option. Certainly a property we will return to time and time again.
