Cute nice size unit on the edge of a cliff overlooking the currently dry river. I hope that next year will be better. We liked the warm welcome we got from our hosts. They are lovely people who enjoy their guests. The beds were very comfortable and the food was great

Everything was excellent, stellar service from Wilhelm and Mina! - Room: 5/5 (clean, nicely designed, spacious, fridge and kettle in the room, cotton bedsheets and hot water in the shower available anytime) - Property: 5/5 (well kept, garden constantly being cleaned and decorated by staff, cute animals roaming around giving you a special safari feeling) - Food: 5/5 (buffet style, vegetarian options available, staff was happy to accommodate any special dietary requests) - Internet: 5/5 (strong WiFi available in the main reception area, no Internet in the rooms but this was not a problem to us) - Service: 5/5 (Wilhem and Mina seemed like they were trained for a 5 stars hotel, very professional and attentive, but most importantly so so genuine in the way they are helping their guests, we can totally imagine them both in any 5-star hotel because the level of service they provided was really second to none) - Safari: 5/5 (Guide was communicative and knowledgable, he was also funny making it relaxing and enjoyable for all of us onboard, you can see cheetah, rhinos, giraffe, zebras, oryx, wilderbeast, hippo etc)

Super friendly and accommodating hosts. Quiet and peaceful location. We had a tasty meal cooked by Rachel and her sister. Loved looking at the stars at night. We were able to ride our Mountain Bikes around the property and saw giraffes and wildebeest. We only had one night but could easily stayed longer. When we left behind our coffee press, Rolf & Rachel dropped it off for in Swakopmund a few days later and we got it back!

I probably had the best experience here. The rooms were outstanding. The staff was so welcoming and made you truly feel at home. I was so pleased by the food and activities they offered as well. I truly had the best 3 days here and would recommend this place to anyone considering!

Campsite has nice showers, laundry sink and kitchen sink access. Restaurant is a bit pricey, so we had only drinks, live music and souvenir shop were fun.
