The journey started with a little bit of a dissapointment when i was informed by the phone that AC is broken and i was advised to cancel my trip. Despite the obstacle i still confirmed my arrival and it was a good decision, despite hot day, the night without AC wasnt that bad, and the hotel staff ofered us a complimentary breakfast as a recompensation for a little bit of inconvenience.... very nice gesture! And the hotel itself was very nice, an old monastery building but modern and cozy inside with spacious room and one of the best bathrooms i have ever seen in my hotel life! Next time i visit Tilburg i will make sure to come back to Onderwijs Hotel!

The host of the place, Guus, was beyond friendly and always attentive. The accomodation was perfect for the location, right in front of the train station and the facilities, considering the quality price ratio, were great. We also had lunch there on the next day and the food was excellent. Whenever returning to Awakenings festival I'll stay there the night before for sure. Thanks Guus, keep up with the good vibe!
