This place is incredible, so is the owner, who is super nice and friendly! It's a guest house incorporated into a Disneyland featuring a mini zoo, aquarium, swimming pool (both indoor and outdoor), water slides, barbecue area and a football field. Some parts are still a work-in-progress as the owner is putting a lot of effort into making this place a memorable experience.

Everything. Price, cleanliness, friendly staff, free parking, comfort of bed, HUGE TV! Also, the location was great for accessing Nizwa and all the great stuff to see in the area. Staff was super nice and responsive. And it was very quiet. Free water, dates and coffee are also a nice touch.

We had a lovely stay at the Sama Hotel. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Probably the best views in the area and the hotel has its own private observation deck. The rooms were spacious and clean and a good buffet breakfast was offered.

I stayed for babymoon in early January with my wife and everything was perfect. Quiet place with perfect weather & best view for sunset and sunrise. Room is not really big but the size is perfect, cleanliness is good, very cozy and warm. We enjoyed the dinner and breakfast as well, staffs were very accommodating. Will definitely come back.
