We had a great stay at this hometel. The place is clean, cozy, and comfortable, with a very convenient location near the church, SM, the public market, and 7-Eleven. Ken, the owner, was very accommodating and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. He even provided us with a list of tourist spots to visit, which was very helpful.
