SPA section was on the smaller size, but never crowded, in fact we had several longer periods when we were alone in the area and the experience was great. The breakfast is on the smaller and simpler side, but fine. The hotel is a bit outside of Warsaw (impossible to not notice when booking) in a very quiet area, but outside of rush hour you should get to the city centre in 30-40 minutes by car.
