The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We especially got to know Ivan, who was an outstanding host. He provided us with many great recommendations and showed us San Juan at its very best.

The place was spotless. It was quiet and private yet everything was available as you step outside the gate.

Location is top. Self check in service was easy. The accommodation was really quick in responsing on messages.

The view on the roof at night is amazing. The hotel is 10min away from all the action. The beach, bars and restaurants are so close by.

It was very modern and clean! I enjoyed feeling like I was at home! The staff was very friendly and accommodating! I loved that they contacted you promptly to make sure you had everything you needed.

Location Facility Room size Comfortable bed Polly front desk employee was very helpful. She suggested places to visit and restaurants. She made our first trip to Puerto Rico very easy and fun. She tried her best to check us in prior to the check in time.

The best thing about this property is it’s fabulous location - right on the beach by the ocean

Great Staff and Manager. Very helpful. Rooms are small but comfortable. Nice to have a real shower.

The room and bathroom were very spacious and clean. Cool room thanks to the air conditioning. Secured entry to the building. Well situated between Old San Juan and the airport. Also close to the beach but it also has a nice little pool. Great communication and quick responses. Staff was super helpful and very kind meeting all our needs.
