This hotel is so exceptional that we have chosen to return on the way back from Culebra. Remarkably friendly staff who helped us in times of difficulties (flight delays, etc), very good quality Dulce Salado restaurant, great beach in 5 mins walk - what else one can dream of!

This was such a fantastic stay! Our host was so responsive, informative, and kind, we felt so taken care of during our whole stay! The view is so gorgeous, and the location is unbeatable. My partner and I commute by walking, and we were able to walk to some gorgeous beaches, parks, snorkeling spots, explore Old San Juan, and eat at many delicious restaurants all within easy walking distance. While some other guests complained about the loud AC, for me, I found the sound at night super soothing and helpful to fall asleep to, and didn't find it too loud during the day either at all.

Excellent customer service. Very close to Distrito T Mobile. Modern room. Good breakfast. Nice pool with a water slide and a big bucket with water that splashes everyone which is really fun for kids. Very nice gym.

Perfect location we were there for two days prior to a cruise Loved the decor, the lobby had several areas we could enjoy and the rooftop deck was wonderful as well. We bought some Takeaway food and enjoyed it in the lobby where there was a huge antique dining room style table . Our room was a huge king size suite. And the staff were fantastic . Especially Arianna ❤️ She hooked us up with a taxi drive her who gave us his number and whenever we needed him, he came exactly on time . Even after our cruise to bring us to the airport. She also gave recommendations for sites and local restaurants as we specifically ask to eat where the locals eat. All the staff were wonderful, but she stood out.

I had an excellent stay at The Red Door Inn. The property is charming, well-kept, and thoughtfully designed. The room was comfortable and spotless, and the atmosphere made it easy to relax. The staff were warm, attentive, and made the experience feel personal from start to finish. I genuinely loved staying here and would happily return.
