It was just great. Very beautiful and comfy room with the sea view. We also got a free upgrade of the room because of our honeymoon. Amazing breakfast, all the staff was very nice and helpful too. If we will be back on the island we would definitely come back to this hotel.

Everything about this place made us very happy: - the staff, always trying to make it work for us - the room was big, very clean, with good air conditioning (for heat) - the gardens very peaceful and well maintained - the pineapple tour just for us with a lovely host - the food, both breakfast (with fresh fruits, local cheese, ham and breads) and the dinner - you have to reserve it

Clean, new, and very well organized. The room has everything you need and also there is a little kitchenette corner with: cutlery, fridge, toaster, microwave, coffee machine and a kettle. Clean towels for the whole duration of the staying are provided. Easy access and self check-in

Fabulous location,so close to everything within walking distance. The place was very clean and had the essentials for basic cooking. A/C worked great. The laundy facilities were an added bonus. Easy check in and prompt replies. Close to the airport but you hear nothing. I would absolutely recommend this place and stay here again.

Everything was absolutely lovely. The rooms big and spacious, nice lighting, and the staff wonderful.

I would say this place is perfect. They have a private parking, good breakfast, comfortable rooms. Basically everything. I would definitely recommend it.

The hotel has really nice interior. We enjoyed pool with sauna. Breakfast was also nice…

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was friendly. Still, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the overall service.

The plunge pool in the green house was lovely as was the garden and rooms with an outdoor place to sit.

This hotel made dealing with a canceled flight and an extra night in the Azores worth it. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and I had one of the best massages (Biana rocks!) of my life!

The hotel is very well situated. The room was spacious and the breakfast was good. The roads around the hotel are very narrow, so for me the great avandage is the parking place and the helpful cooperation of the staff. I want to thank from here the personal of the reception desk.

Nice place! It is located in the centre of Ponta Delgada. The room is clean, the hosts a friendly and helpful. The hotel has all kind of extra’s like gym, swimming pool etc.. A (free) parking is available. It is my second time in this hotel and it was again very nice.

Our stay in the hotel was fabulous and exceeded our expectations. The spacious apartment was beautiful with a nice view over the guest harbour. We ended up extending our stay for eight more nights! Everything was perfect. Perfect location and housekeeping kept our room super clean. Buffet breakfast was great. Especially we liked the possibility of additionally ordering from a separate breakfast menu which was available on every table. We enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend this hotel to all visitors!

good place and location, great staffz

The location was great - the heart of the old town. Charming and authentic. 10 mins walk to the marina, open ocean pool, promenade and city amenities. Kitchen on the second floor was basic and good. Room was big enough, bed was comfortable. Bathroom was basic, clean, all good. Window to the back of the building - no any noises, very good. Free parkings on the streets outside the hotel - 10 mins walk, no problem at all.

Very nice stay. I will come again. Can absolutely recommend.
