We had a few hurdles during our stay including a room issue upon arrival and getting our car stuck in the snow but the staff handled everything with grace and genuine care. They went above and beyond to resolve our room situation and literally helped dig us out of the snow. Special shoutout to the team at the adjacent restaurant; their warmth and professionalism made us feel truly welcome and turned an average stay into something special. Food was very well prepared and very tasty. The property is nice, but it’s the people who work here that make it a 5-star experience. We will be back.

The city in itself is not that interesting, but you can eat...

The city in itself is not that interesting, but you can eat very well, El Pradino is advised. The surroundings are beautiful, so if you love hiking and are not afraid of bears you will have a great time.
