Lumi is super friendly and hospitable. He got in touch immediately after my booking to give directions and was looking out for my arrival. The room is comfortable and looks just like the photo. Breakfast was a delicious spread as well. By the way, the hotel is actually called Hotel Çardak (it’s above a restaurant with the same name cos it’s a family business), but there’s some issue with renaming it on booking.com or something. So fret not, it’s not a scam!

Hotel Manager was amazing. Helped with anything we needed and was lovely.

This small boutique hotel is very well appointed. Our room was very spacious with a sitting area and 2 small balconies overlooking the patio of the attached restaurant. The bed was large and the mattress very comfortable, we loved the quality of the white linen. There was a kettle, tea and coffee in the room as well as a “nespresso” machine at reception. There was a choice of three hot menu items for breakfast in the restaurant. The food was delicious, nicely presented and plentiful. We also had dinner at the same restaurant, again, most delicious with great service. Overall, an enjoyable experience and well worth the price we paid.

A very nice hotel, loved the view every morning when I had breakfast, perfect view of Peja and the mountains. Extended my stay and upgraded to a room with the same view because I really liked the hotel and the staff was very helpful when I needed to arrange taxis, so a great stay! Would definetly stay here again when I come back to Peja

Everything was wonderful! The resort was very clean, peaceful, and surrounded by beautiful scenery. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The owner was extremely understanding, kind, and always willing to help, making us feel right at home. The food was delicious, and our entire stay exceeded our expectations. We would be happy to come back again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

My stay was simply wonderful. Everything was smooth, stress-free, and even better than I expected. Hotel and Rooms are very nice and very Clean. The entire staff were incredibly helpful, warm, and respectful at all times. A very special thanks to Istref and Rica, who were always present, helpful, and made my stay so comfortable and memorable. When I briefly mentioned feeling sick, the staff immediately offered their help and showed genuine concern , it meant so much. I can’t understand any negative comments about this place or the professionalism of its people.

Old historic building in the heart of the city, renovated with fantastic architectural touch in both interior and exterior. Secured parking lot is right next to the hotel. Very kind and helpful personnel. Nice restaurant is situated on the ground floor. Clean room and bathroom, with all necessary installations. Delicious breakfast. All recommendations.
