Excellent and wonderful place. It is my first time to be in Dammam and it is my first stay in Rotana and definitely will not be the last. If I visit again I will stay in the same hotel. The receptionist guy who checked me in is friendly, professional and cheerful. Also the guy in lobby coffeehouse is great guy and makes excellent coffee ☕️. Great experience for me at Rotana. Room is new and clean.
