This is my 3rd stay at this hotel. It is conveniently located near train/bus stations. The view from the room was panoramic. The room has a large-screen tv with many channels including radio stations. The hotel has 7 electric bikes made available to guests. I did have small bike accidents and bled on the pillow case and sheets. I reported it to the front desk, and the next day they changed the pillow case & sheets. The front desk attendants: Magda, Lucija, and Ramajana are at least bi-lingual (English). They were helpful and informative. It is my ideal hotel. It also is in a scenic area where you can explore the hills on the electric bike. I plan to return because of all the pluses I have presented.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The accommodation itself was fantastic — spacious, very clean, and comfortable, perfect for our group of five. Breakfast was delicious and offered a great start to the day. The location is excellent, conveniently close to Terme Čatež. We would highly recommend this place and would love to return!

How would you feel if you had to pay 100 euros, but due to...

How would you feel if you had to pay 100 euros, but due to navigation issues, your travel plans got disrupted, you ended up arriving late, and were unable to access your room, forcing you to spend the night in your car? Well, fortunately, that didn't happen to us because the place we booked had anticipated such unfortunate events! We were unsure about what to expect until the very end, but when we finally gained access to our rooms, four hours later, we felt incredibly fortunate. The communication we had with the booking staff was efficient, timely, and friendly. They were quick to respond to our inquiries and made us feel reassured throughout the process. Additionally, the breakfast provided was exceptional, exceeding our expectations. We highly recommend visiting this place not only for the comfortable rooms but also for the various other outstanding features it offers. Overall, Great experience!

Excellent location between Zagreb and Ljubljana.

Excellent location between Zagreb and Ljubljana. The thermal baths are also nearby. Just a few minutes from the highway. The surrounding area offers many possibilities for sightseeing: castles, old town centers... An excellent starting point for culinary and wine experiences.
