the walls of the pension between the appartments are super thin!!! like I heard everything happening next door, and I spear the details! the staff help, is AMAZING! though! It should be specified that the check in, is to be done through the restaurant, because the check in was a bit complicated.

Travelers from California here. It is very rare we give 10 but this place earned it. My wife and I booked two bedroom apartment and it was perfect. Everything. Three nights of good sleep and some work done since we were on business trip. We ate at their restaurant several times and had breakfasts too. Everything again was perfect. We had very good time here and must recommend this hotel to everyone. Price is fair as a bonus.

This guesthouse absolutely amazed me.

This guesthouse absolutely amazed me. Beautifully furnished, clean, very nice and helpful staff. Cozy restaurant, where we had a really great meal. Plenty of parking space and an excellent location for exploring various places. We visited Budatín Castle, Strečno Castle, Jánošíkovy Diery and Súlovské Rocks during our 3-day stay. We will definitely be happy to come back here.

Very nice guesthouse, unfortunately we only spent one night on the way. Even though we arrived late, there was a chance to have at least some soup in the restaurant, a minute before closing :) Friendly staff, excellent breakfast. The room with wooden panels has a nice atmosphere. The wellness looked great, unfortunately we didn't have time to use it.

Vrútky is right at the foot of Mala Fatra, so it's a good...

Vrútky is right at the foot of Mala Fatra, so it's a good starting point for a hike. Nearby grocery stores open at 7:00 a.m., so you can easily buy food for the hike. Otherwise, Vrútky and Martin are rather uninteresting cities from a tourist's point of view. You can get decent gnocchi at the "Koliba 77" farm on the outskirts of Vrútiek in about 20 minutes. from the guesthouse.

The town is primarily important as a transportation hub,...

The town is primarily important as a transportation hub, with railway lines intersecting here. Surrounded by mountains, it's a good base for excursions, especially into the southwestern Malá Fatra range. The small town center is pleasant, but otherwise there are some apartment blocks, and the older part is rather depressing.

We asked for early check in at 3pm and they were happy for us to come at that time. Kind receptionist. Room was clean, warm and there is flat screen TV and fridge. Good size bathroom with shower and WC. Location is close to Vrutky Rail Station- short walking distance. Good if you have to catch early train.
