Lovely location and very friendly staff

We liked it enough that we extended our stay here. Room was very clean. I don't just mean clean as in tidy, like some people say for those subsaharan Africa guest houses that are actually dusty and stained. The walls and floor were a clean white, we didn't have any ant problems, fixtures and surfaces didn't have dust, and the property didn't feel old. WiFi was good - fast enough for video calls, other business tasks, streaming. I saw Unifi hardware in the lobby, so it looks like they are investing in improving this, if you've read any negative reviews from the past. We didn't have signal issues from our room, but the dining/lounge area in the lobby is nicely designed, air-conditioned and probably comfortable to work from if you do have issues. Close to the STM bus station and the beach. English-speaking receptionist Really good midpoint of price/amenities between barebones budget guesthouses and upscale hotels

Nice outdoor area and good food

Incredible hotel! Super clean, great security, spacious and comfortable. Everyone went above and beyond to make the stay special. Really good restaurant and breakfast. Across the street from the empty beach. Can not say enough about this hotel. Looking forward to coming here again.

This was booked at about 9pm as the hotel I had originally booked had given my room away. I didn’t want to spend this amount of money but I found that this was such a nice place with good air conditioning and super fast reliable wifi it was a no brainer and worth every cent. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The location is walkable to lots of restaurants and shops. The room was massive and comfortable with a great bathroom! The hotel bar/restaurant was nice with a good atmosphere!

The staff were super helpful. Even when it was late and the restaurant was closed, they offered help to get food nearby. Everyone was warm and welcoming and made the stay a very pleasant one.

Excellent choice in Lome! Clean facilities, great staff, delicious food with many options, good consistent wifi and clean swimming pool. I've stayed here multiple times and I would not stay anywhere else in Lome.

Staff were amazing and very accommodating. They decorated the room, which was booked as a gift to my father-in-law for his 70th bday. They also allowed us a slightly earlier check-in and late checkout. My father-in-law struggles to walk long distances and his room was quite a walk from the elevator. Staff saw him and quickly provided a wheelchair. The room was lovely and clean, beautifully decorated and had a lovely view

The room was clean, the water heater was working well, and the AC was working well.

The breakfast was fairly good. Location of the hotel to the airport was very good. I love the bed mattress, aircondition was excellent . Aircondition in the elevator was excellent. The chinese manager at the restaurant is very kind and friendly.

The breakfast was good, but they needed to fill up the chaffing dishes so that those who come later can also find something to eat.

Great location in beautiful garden, excellent food, very friendly and helpful staff. Good air con and wifi. Wanted to stay one night, but spent five beautiful days there!

Loved the hotel. Nice, comfortable clean room. There was a roof terrace. Great breakfast on the roof. Not a bad area. Close to the main main road and the main market. Very easy to get around. I really enjoyed my stay. One person spoke English but with Google translate, communicating is much easier nowadays.

The staff were excellent in their service delivery, as an English speaker, they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I was given a welcome drink at the rooftop. The location also added to the value for money, just five minutes away from the Airport
