Stunningly beautiful location, true tropical paradise, very friendly and professional staff, great food and drinks. Very relaxed atmosphere if you want to "take it slow". You can still go and party at the half/full moon festival or other happenings in the jungle if you get bored. Bungalows are cozy, clean, charming and comfortable and have everything you need.

Located right at the wide and sandy beach, SeaEsta Beach is a seafront property located in the lush greenery area of Ban Tai on a tropical island of Koh Phangan.

The ambience was so relaxing, the staff was so nice and helpful and the food/drinks were delicious. We walked out our room right onto the beach!

    I don't drive, so I walked around a lot this area.

    I don't drive, so I walked around a lot this area. I really enjoyed Wat Khao Tham and Apichada view point where I can visit by walk. There are lots of tasty local food with reasonable price. Especially I liked MAMA local restaurant. Also, I liked carrot cake from Croissant & Ko. They have lots of cakes and pastry it was difficult to chose!!! You can see the sunset from the beach.

    I had to go to renew my visa so needed to be close to the pier. Baan TAi is good if you want to be close to Thongsala & cheap food & things happening & Secret Garden is a lovely quiet place. However Baan Tai is very noisy and busy if you want real tranquillity go elsewhere.

    Baan Tai is convenient for those who want to party and get to Haad Rin, Jungle parties and the floating pier parties easily. However, if you are looking for a bit more quiet, but still within easy reach of some dancing, I would recommend the west side of the island. Srithanu and Zen beach, especially if you are travelling on your own. Much friendlier. :)

    Quite a small area but with great beaches and loads of choice for restaurants and bars. A good location for the moon parties and pre parties, and lots of places nearby to buy tickets. Many places to see further around the island but you would need to hire a moped or book a tour.

    The service at the hotel was impeccable with the staff assisting with everything you might need from food and drinks to transfers to laundry, all done extremely quickly and with a smile. The room was comfortable and the air conditioning was good. The view from the private beach was beautiful and the swimming pool was great. Highly recommended for families and friends looking for a quiet and Serene Hotel. If you are coming for the full moon party it's extremely accessible and the hotel provides transfers.

    I liked location to the beach and also resort had own pool. Really close to the ferry even by walk not so bad. And food markets are walkable distance too! + hotel has its own restaurant with affordable prices and good food options too. You can refill your water bottle just at the reception area which is great. WiFi was just perfect. Really nice connection in our room/ by the pool or inside of the restaurant. Just everywhere haha. Great! And receptionist ladies were really nice!

    Amazing staff - Aimee and Sejdo were so friendly and made the stay very enjoyable. Family atmosphere and some great games of pool! Hotel is near some lovely restaurants and very easy to hire a bike to explore the island The view from the hostel is amazing and you are right on the beachfront to relax

    The location was great! Best area to stay in Koh Phangan as it’s walkable whereas other areas aren’t! 1 minute walk to the beach from here too :) Mr Tae was so helpful ordering us taxi’s and giving us tips on things to do. All the staff were super friendly and helpful.
