Mongolian couple stayed for 5 days: staffs are very helpful and kind good people. She helped to rent a motorbike and we had an accident. We were so thankful for staff helped a lot and cared much. Also the moto shop manager guy named Tum helped a lot. Highly recommending !!

Bed & air con in great condition. Good service mind from staff.

The location was so peaceful. Everything is perfect and this hotel is a great choice to stay if you just want to chill and relax.

Clean friendly staff Security good.

It is cozy and all basic amenities are there. Ref, aircon, tv with cable and hot shower. Also near food stores

I really loved this hotel — the room was beautiful and very comfortable, with everything thoughtfully prepared. The swimming pool was warm, and the room had everything I needed, including a minibar. Breakfast in the morning was very good. The staff were exceptionally polite, attentive, and genuinely helpful. This is honestly one of the best service experiences I’ve had in Thailand.

The stay was just splendid. The place is so new and clean. I love decorated style. Staff friendly and helpful. Pool was clean as well. Breakfast good. Parking for 7 cars but hotel has the 2nd parking opposite the hotel. Location good as well.

We had an absolutely amazing time at the gems mining pool villas pattaya. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble, I can’t fault the place and will definitely go back.

Everything was excellent. Especially wave was amazing for children

Mandarin Eastville Pattaya Hotel exceeded my expectations! The rooms were modern, spacious, and very comfortable, with a cozy bed and stylish decor. The pool area was perfect for unwinding, and the breakfast offered a great variety of tasty options. The staff was attentive and friendly, making the stay even more enjoyable. Its location made it easy to explore Pattaya’s attractions. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and upscale stay!

It’s brand new renovated, looks really nice. The manager was very friendly and I love that check out is at 12.

The hotel itself is very nice. No issues at all with that aspect. I think there is a beach right off the front steps, which is nice. Don’t think it gets very busy though.

It's close to large park zone and water reservoir, so you can train cycling or just enjoy walking in the evenings. Two sevens very close to the hotel.

Loved the pool, room was big, and all the tv channels ,

One of your staff members was extremely kind and very helpful when our car tire got punctured by a sharp object. We are truly very grateful for the assistance and kindness shown to us. Thank you so much.
