Nilüfer was lovely and walked me through all the facilities and even helped to arrange things like activities and taxis to Goreme - in this regard everything functioned effortlessly. The staff must all be commended on their professionalism and dedication to their work and making everyone's stay excellent and carefree.
There's a massive feast available for breakfast as well so there's something for everyone.

Cute small hotel. Room was fine but hot in the summer. Location is ok not in the Centre though. Breakfast was decent, everything is vegetarian which is great for me.

The decor of the rooms are extremely good, I prefer modern cave style room instead of real caves, this hotel offers traditional cave rooms and modern cave-like rooms, which is definitely a plus for me. The rooms I stayed has a jacuzzi and lots of windows to keep the room bright. The restaurant of the hotel is so good that we almost eat every meal from breakfast to dinner there, staff are friendly and always ready to help.
