Unprofessional treatment i had from this hotel. I have a confirmed reservation from booking.com and from the hotel itself. When I arrived with my family, they told me we are fully booked. I said how come?? They told me booking did not send you reservation into our system. I said how my reservation is not in your system since you have already sent me a greeting message via booking from your reservation department . They told me that you are totally right but nothing we can do for you “ we are fully booked” go and find accommodation. This the worst experience happened to me with 5* star hotel. I can’t imagine this kind of unprofessional attitude occurring with one of the top hotels brand.

The pools jakuzzi sauna and all the spa were nice though the structure itself seems old and not so well kept (except the reception). Breakfast is decent. Near Sabiha Gökçen AirPort. Rooms are very big, windows old. No covers if you feel cold. But furniture simple and nice. Staff is nice especially in the meals area (you have to ask for drinks because there is only water and nobody tells you you can ask for any drink and the bring it for dinner.
