The sunrise spot is the biggest highlight and just magical, the hosts are so kind and informative - I only wish I spoke better Chinese to learn from them and express our gratitude, room is wonderfully minimalist and well done, breakfast was great, tea, cats and chickens are so much fun, fireflies in the area if you're lucky, near the public tourist shuttle (check the schedule for 7322 and 7329), really great value. Can't say enough great things about this place. Thank you so much to the hosts for a wonderful stay!

Even if she does not speak english, we had a perfect welcome ! She offers us boxes of cakes when we arrived and it was so nice from her. Her house is really cute with an amazing mountain view. You can also see the sunrise just a couple of minutes by walk from the property, in the middle of tea plantations.

Located in Fanlu, 6.2 mi from Alishan, Zhong Ming Ju Taoyi Fang features a sun terrace, an on-site restaurant and a shared lounge. Basically we like everything. The owners were very friendly and so kind to us. They knew we were starving after long walk even it’s already after 6pm they still made dumplings for us. They also gave us raincoat and umbrella due to heavy rain and we got to bring our luggage to go up to alishan. They also told us the best route to walk ard at alishan and I have to say It’s really the BEST. it’s all the way going down and you can visit mostly famous photo spot. When we come back again we will definitely stay here and will also recommend to our family and friends. So far the best I have ever stay. ^^
