Everything, the facilities, the restaurant, the bedding, the personal, they were all perfect !!! And the suite with fireplace is highly recommended if you go in winter or spring, when the temperatures are not super high. Thank you so much for having me as your guest !!!! Friendly staff, tasty breakfasts, parking. Location was good enough too. Room was clean.

The place was really nice, only a few minutes away from the railway station. There were a bunch of grocery stores around us, and we had a chance to buy anything we needed. By itself, the hotel looked really cozy and like a museum at the same time - we’ve never seen so many vintage icons in one place. Our room was always tidy, as well as well-lit. We had all the commodities we wanted including a fridge, ac and a coffee-machine with free coffee included. The breakfasts and dinners were amazing, with various dishes every day. A big surprise was a free small spa with two saunas, as well as a 50% discount for the spa in Romantik Hotel. The staff were really nice and friendly, always willing to help us in any way they could.

A very nice modern room. The layout of the room was well thought out. The woman working the front desk was very pleasant and helpful.

I liked that there is private gated parking. The view is really good from the balconies on both sides. Staff is friendly. We enjoyed our breakfast too.

the staff was superfriendly and we really enjoyed meals in the hotel. Even though the restaurant doesn't have a lot of vegetarian options they managed to switch some ingredients for me and made a great job. Great thing that the hotel is pet-friendly and they gave our car a treat when we arrived. Also, the view is beautiful

Had a great 2-night stay for mountain trail run - comfy bed and pillows, fresh mountain air. Staff was really friendly - even got an early breakfast since I had early marathon start before official breakfast time =) The staff also gave me a proper Hutsul soup bowl for our post-marathon bograch soup party. Super place =) Will certainly come again!

Great hotel with friendly staff and cozy rooms. Excellent location and wonderful service. Highly recommend to everyone! Have stayed multiple times and as always, everything was great.

Excellent place to stay with the kids. You can relax in SPA while your kid is entertained in the kids' club. Attentive staff, clean and cozy rooms. Good variety of options for breakfast and dinner.

Excellent location and great for walks in local mountains. Not far from local ski resort area. Outdoor pool at hotel very nice and warm in winter.

Everything was great except there was no lift in the hotel. Breakfast was limited in choice but was tasty and large portions. A bonus was the unlimited coffee. The breakfast only started at 9 am which was a little late for us. The waitress was excellent. Room was clean with a nice balcony and a great view.
