very clean and well organized. everything runs well. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious. Shower was comfortable. Heat worked very well. Free breakfast was simple, no-frills, with generous, good options. Perfect for fueling up for the morning.

Breakfast was very good, great value. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and welcoming. There was lots of parking, included in my stay. I enjoyed the lemon water and iced tea in the lobby.

Free breakfast was excellent. Beds were surprisingly VERY comfortable. Their pool was nice and whirpool was great. Staff was amazing. They upgraded our room as a surprise. Unfortunately their was an issue with the pull-put couch so we had to go back to a regular room BUT they were so accommodating and took care of everything quickly and efficiently.

This hotel is a little bit on the outskirts of Saratoga Springs, but close enough to walk to if it's a beautiful day. The gentleman at the front desk when we first got there, was just the nicest man, He was so very present, and knowledgeable about this hotel and its location. All of the staff was very pleasant. I absolutely loved the patio on the side with the fire pits. The pool is huge which is so awesome and I love that the pool is open until 11:00 at night. We had a room with two double beds. The beds were so damn comfortable. You wouldn't believe it. The linens were so fresh and clean. The bathroom fully stocked with toiletries. Having a mini fridge and the microwave was essential for me as I was traveling through town. Pricing was a little bit heavy, but I was there over a holiday weekend so that's understandable. But love this place nonetheless. I will definitely stay in this hotel again when I visit.
