My hotel wasnt satisfied with housekeeping, didnt clean one day. The day I checked out, I had to call back and manager gave me housekeeping number to contact. Next day call to try to resolve issue, manager was more concern, thats not my job, then finding a solution, overtalking me. I would go back to the Hyatt but due to the service and behavior of staff, I will pass, other than that, Chicago was great.
We really enjoyed the big city experience! We felt safe and the city was cleaner than we anticipated. We did find a few things were exaggerated on the websites ("waterfall" at Harold Washington Library was a small pool with a tiny trickle), there were no animals out at Lincoln Park Zoo even though the website highlighted the polar bears and penguins for zoo lights, etc. I highly recommend calling anywhere you're going and confirming hours, address, etc before your trip because when I did, I found discrepancies between what I found online and what the staff said was true. But overall we had a great time! We took taxis even though we thought it would be more expensive than the buses and subway. It was at least $5 cheaper for every ride than what we had calculated on their website and so much better than trying to figure out bus routes and switch lines all the time (especially since we were traveling with 3 kids 8 years old and under). It was so worth it to keep the trip simple and get us right where we needed to go. We were there 2 days and other than travel, hotel, and eating did all free things except the Aquarium (which is a nice place to go if you have kids! The show was great that we saw.). We really enjoyed Millennium park and seeing "the bean". It was so neat to see in person! The architecture of Harold Washington Library is great and the children's library on the 2nd floor (so fun for young kids!) and the winter garden room on the 9th floor were worth seeing. There's obviously every kind of store and restaurant you can imagine. Search around and find things that interest you and I guarantee you can find some free options. We would love to visit again but will probably wait a few years since it's an expensive trip even if you do mostly free attractions.
I've always loved Chicago. The people are amazing and friendly. They love their city and they want you to love it too. There's so much stuff to do and so many landmarks to see. The Field Museum, the Shedd Aquarium, the Art Institute of Chicago, Willis Tower and Second City are all musts. Also the food is top notch and stuff you can't get anywhere else.
I really like Chicago with its beautiful tall buildings. I appreciate the great architecture. There is always something going on in Chicago. I attended the One of a Kind Showcase at the Merchandise Mart for this trip. I tried to travel on and learn more about the "L" train.
Chicgao never gets old. I've been here with family, my partner, friends, and schoolmates. It is always a new experience each time I go. Chicago speaks for itself. I absolutely love it. Food, attractions, entertainment, and structural beauty. There's plenty do and see in Chicago. Easiest part...just open your eyes. Never miss a thing.
Shopping was great!! Lots and lots of people from all over!! Took an Uber wherever we had to go and they were there within minutes and had us to our spot within minutes. Also the Chicago Theatre is beautiful!!

This place is a perfect base for exploring Chicago. It is within walking distance of downtown Chicago but there are also great train links all over the city. Don’t be put off by the train line running past the hotel, the windows are thick so they block out most of the sound. The hotel is really quirky and the coffee shop/cafe downstairs is brilliant. There is also a great kitchen and games room, although we didn’t get chance to use them. We are travelling around so loved the fact we could use the laundry facilities too.

The thick walls kept any sound out. E client location. Near multiple train stops, and a nice park. Right near the arts museum and about 37 Starbucks and 1 dunkin donuts. We tried the Indian place they recommend in the room info book. That was good. The concierge saved us about $100 by finding us a cheaper ride to the airport. We really appreciated that. The hotel is an older style, but gorgeous, it reminded me of the shining when I was getting ice by myself, but it's really clean and convenient and the rooms were great.

The Found Hotel is a beautiful and small boutique hotel, with really nice decor and super friendly staff. The room was on the small size, but perfect for two. The hotel is connected to a bar and a night club (there is no noise in the rooms), and has a cute coffee shop at the lobby. And it’s close to lots of good restaurants and all the main downtown attractions. It was the perfect place to stay in Chicago for the first time!

Perfect location downtown. I have stayed in quite a few hotels at the North end of the Magnificent Mile and Raffaello was up there among the best. The room I was given was huge, fully equipped and simply a pleasure to be in. I will always try to see if they have availability before looking for alternatives.

The apartment is amazing! Its completely new and everything is so stylish and fabulous, felt like a 5 star hotel. We were 7, but the place is good for even 8 persons (2 queen size beds and 1 sofa bed). The location is great, we walket to the downtown just for 40 mins and the district is very nice and safe.

Very nice, no doubt about it. I have only one complaint. There were always piles of bedding in the hallway. Past that, it was very enjoyable. My wife and I enjoyed our king suite. The hotel is perfectly positioned for waking around downtown Chicago. We will be back for sure!
