Four Seasons Chicago, Sable At Navy Pier Chicago, Curio Collection By Hilton, and The Langham Chicago got great room view-related reviews from travelers in Chicago.
Standing proud beside Lake Michigan, Chicago is down-to-earth, friendly, and full of culture. It has outdoor art by famous artists including Chagall and Picasso, and there are some fascinating architectural works from the Art Institute of Chicago.
Home to blues and house music, Chicago has an eclectic music scene that reflects its spirit. The Windy City is also a pioneer in a variety of Americanized dishes from it's European immigrant roots like deep-dish pizza and the Chicago hot dog.
The world’s first skyscraper and Ferris wheel were erected in Chicago. The latter, on Navy Pier, is one of the Midwest’s most visited sights. Also famed is the ‘L’ transport system, whose raised trains circle The Loop, the main business district. Check out its skyline reflection in the shiny bean sculpture in huge Millennium Park.
Home of the Bulls and Bears, Chicago is a stronghold of sport and has teams playing baseball, basketball, American football and hockey, to name a few. If you get a chance, try to catch a game.
Chicago Midway and Chicago O’Hare Airport are both on the outskirts of this vast city, so make sure to leave enough time for travel from your Booking.com hotel, apartment or hostel. And all that jazz.
Chicago is a great place to visit. I go there for the museums and cultural activities. It is a great city for walking, especially around the Michigan Avenue and Navy Pier areas. I love the variety of restaurants and places to shop. As big cities go, Chicago is a favorite of mine.
The hotel was very clean. The staff was very friendly. They offered valley parking which was great. Be aware however that parking is an additional $50 per day and there are no free parking options. Breakfast was delicious with many hot breakfast choices. Coffee was delicious. Rooftop patio was very nice with a great view of the city. They offered gas fire tables which was very nice along with drinks served on the patio. Rooms were clean and spacious. I would highly recommend for a work or leisure.
Chicago is beautiful. The food was incredible. The people seem friendly. I got to see the amazing skyline from the sunset cruise. Must do: Walk Millionaire mile (shopping) Giordano’s Pizza Garrett’s Popcorn Robinsons BBQ
Chicago is a very walkable city. There are a lot of vibrant neighborhoods with their own character, offering a variety of small vintage shops, and coffee places. There are many things to do as trying new foods/drinks, attending festivals/concerts, going to the beach, or visiting museums. For a view and good cocktails, you can visit Cindy's Rooftop. After some exploration of the neighborhoods, you can stop at Forbidden Root Restaurant & Brewery for variety of beers. For music, dances, and a fun environment check out the Navy Pier calendar. You might be lucky to attend the fireworks show as well! If you are into art and architecture go to the Art Institute of Chicago and take an architecture board tour. I definitely recommend Chicago (in summer especially)! Very lively and warm (but windy) city!
For fans of architecture is a must place to visit. Check the unis campus to find some interesting buildings. For being a big city, it's a pretty clean place and also walkable. The public transport works well and the Loop system is remarkable. Deep dish pizza is totally overrated but give it a chance.
It's a beautiful city, with a great skyline, the elevated train is charming and works very well, as does all of Chicago's public transportation. The river is beautiful, and walking on the riverwalk is special. Lake Michigan is incredibly large, it's like a sea. It's worth a visit to Chicago 360 to see the city from above, especially Lake Michigan, which is blue from above. The SkyDeck is also great, with a wide view of the city and the largest building in Chicago. The architecture is beautiful, a mix of old and new buildings, and the boat ride with the guide explaining the history of the buildings is a must. The downside is the homeless people, as in every big city, and I believe they should invest in looking after these people, for their good and the population and tourists, because sometimes the dirt produced by these people, who have no home and no job, makes the city dirtier and uglier. The museums are incredible, I recommend the Field Museum and the Museum of Science and Industry (perfect for families and although I don't have a child, I learned and had fun like one).
Best place to stay right in downtown. A Bicycle station is less than a block away and you are centrally located to all the shops including the best pizza restaurants Chicago has— Ginos. The customer service was impeccable. They supported our ability to stay later because of our later flight. Overall, I loved this hotel. The room was extremely spacious. If you are looking for extra space this is the place to stay. Lastly, it is quiet and it was really comfortable because of the way they separate the restroom from the living quarters.
I really enjoyed the view it was unbelievable, beautiful in the rising and at night, it is clean . The little kitchenette was wonderful, it's a popular hotel for a reasonable price. Then the boat 🚢 ride was educational & peaceful. On the river have nice restaurants or seating area then u close to south loop is near by for downtown then Michigan Avenue. Yeah really convenient spot for all u need that hotel have the best view no other hotel line up near by don't perfect.
Has covid driven hotel prices down this much? This awesome room in downtown Chicago was insanely cheap! It was a tiny apartment, 2 TVs, full kitchen, etc. The breakfast was an actual breakfast, eggs, sausage, potatoes, fruit, tons of other stuff. The entire staff was super friendly, helpful and informative. Parking was $50/nite, but the room was so cheap it didn't matter. We have to come back next month, will look here first. Thanks!
River North, Chicago
Location is absolutely perfect ! FREE parking downtown Chicago is definitely a + Spacious room, king bed really comfortable, very clean. Room with coffee maker, fridge and microwave. Good breakfast $10.00 per person offered by the hotel across the street was useful. Edgar at the reception was very professional, friendly and always available to answer our questions. Excellent deal and very pleasant hotel for a two star rating !!!
The location is perfect. Hotel is located in Chicago loop and you may reach all of main city attractions by walking distance. I have delayed flight from Europe and I was not able to check in for my first night. I contacted property via booking.com and they immediately replied with best solution. I have to admit that I appreciated that help during the situation, it was handled well.
Ok because of some of the reviews here and consider the price is lower then other 5 stars hotels in Chicago, I came with low expectations. I must say I was completely surprised and in the most positive way. The all stay was terrific: the room, the facilities, the service- everything. A genuine five stars experience.
Chicago Loop, Chicago
Good location in downtown Chicago, right next to the Loop so the whole city was accessible. We were there for a festival on the other side of the city so transport was great. The staff were friendly and there was loads of communal space to use, games room with pool tables and tv etc.
Fabulous hotel a little outside of the downtown Chicago area. Easily walkable and in a very safe and clean part of the city. Beautiful room, very comfortable! Friendly staff, concierge and front door staff excellent and made us feel very welcome. Lovely roof top bar with fire pits.
This hotel is super cool. It is right downtown, the place is a cool historic building and they have done a great job fixing it up and making it a modern hotel. Food was great and the breakfast staff was super helpful. I will stay here every time I go to Chicago!
South Loop, Chicago
The location is in downtown which i like it The price is cheap but the room just for one person and not enough space to do many things It was near to bus stations which i liked it It's so quiet
room was excellent!!!! location was amazing in the hart of chicago downtown a few blocks from the bean and a tone of clubs, restaurants, bars, riverwalk, tours, all of it around the hotel
Well maintained hotel and very clean rooms. Parking at this property is included in the nightly rate, which is nice. It's only a 15 minute drive to downtown Chicago.
I liked the location. It was perfect for business since it was downtown. Nice boutique hotel. Registration was easy and unencumbered by humans.
Clean, modern, centrally located hotel in downtown Chicago. I've stayed at the cheapest and the most expensive. They got this right!
Excellent location for the person who wants a place to sleep in the heart of downtown Chicago on the loop.
