We love Rock Creek Fisherman's Mercantile! My husband first went there 20 years ago for his bachelor weekend, and we've since stayed there as a family for a really pleasant stopover on longer trips between Washington state and Yellowstone. It's not fancy, but it's always comfortable and clean, and can affordably accommodate our family of five. And the staff are very friendly. It's nice for my husband to be able to take a fishing break in the middle of a long drive, and the kids always find something fun to do in the creek (and the teens appreciated the wi-fi). We also really enjoyed exploring the nearby Confluence land trust. We'll definitely continue to choose Rock Creek Fisherman's Mercantile when traveling through Montana.

The staff was extremely friendly, and the rooftop bar was pretty cool. I liked that I could just have valet park my car and forget about it since it’s located downtown and parking isn’t fun in that area.

The place was clean, staff were friendly. The shower was wonderful and the bed comfortable. Only downside was the train whistle blowing twice a day. I would still stay here again.

In Missoula, the Motel 6 University has rooms with free Wi-Fi. It provides free guest parking. The University of Montana is just under 1 mile away.

Our room was easy to get to. Air conditioning worked fine. Got extra towels when needed. Easy to find. Good breakfast each morning. Quiet so could sleep well.

Exceeded our expectations based on the description at time of booking. Absolutely loved it!

Location was great with majestic mountain views and across the street from the beautiful Clark Fork. The house was very nicely decorated and the yard was perfect for our family picnic. The neighbors were very friendly. There was an adequate supply of necessary items stocked.The hot tub was a very positive addition to our stay.
