THe property is very lovely and very close to every single convenient store. It is only a few staps to a 24 hr gas station if you are traveling with kids and need something. The Front desk staff is 24 hours and welcomed us at 2am with great energy and a smile.

We had a beautiful sunny patio overlooking the pool complex. Pool is heated and clean. Room has everything you need and more. Bathroom is super spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Nice decor throughout. Great location just outside of Cottonwood with plenty to do in the area. Close enough to Sedona without the crowds.

We love traveling to Cornville to visit the wineries, especially Paige Springs. We stay in Cottonwood to get that small town vibe. We also like that they offer several restaurants and wineries/bars to enjoy.

Cottonwood is a great location for a weekend getaway.

Cottonwood is a great location for a weekend getaway. The old town main street is excellent, with top notch dining, live music, boutiques, antiques, and overall great vibe. It is very close to Jerome, Prescott, Sedona, and Flagstaff, so it's ideal place to stay and see all of those other places.

There were various Spanish restaurants nearby, each that seriously felt like its own standalone joint rather than a dumbed down chain. The whole area is CUTE and there were no areas that we felt scared to wander down... Now the area is super frickin' hot and dry, so don't expect to walk three blocks in the Summer sun unless you plan on drying out in minutes. It would not hurt to bring a sun umbrella, and I'm someone who'd never thought I'd ever say something like that.

We almost missed it.

We almost missed it. OLD Cottonwood was farther down road than we expected. But once found ,was very pleasent. friendly area. Lots of shops restaurants, Pleanty Wine Tasting and History of surrounding area was great. Hotels. You could tell the town people were very proud of there area. We would recoomend this area as your home base.

The room was very outdated old furniture then they accused me of a hole in the wall which we checked in and went to sleep and woke up and left they charged me 250$ and said they had pictures but wouldn’t send them to me! STAY AWAY they try to get every dollar they can and the area isn’t somewhere you want to stay

Water in room daily and nice self service coffee/tea etc facilty on ground floor free for residents.Also fridge and microwave in room. Comfortable smoking area outside is ideal for smokers.

Absolutely brilliant stopover for us in Cottonwood, and although we were not there long enough to enjoy all the outdoor facilities we were very impressed with the size and comfort of our room. The kitchen area was very well equipped and we had a very relaxing stay. All the staff we met were extremely pleasant and helpful. Very good value.
