Karen and her husband were so incredibly kind. They accommodated my arrival time and helped me carry my luggage inside and upstairs. The bed was incredibly comfortable and there was ac in the bedroom! The bathroom was very clean and I felt safe in this home!

What an experience! Certainly a house unlike any other, bedecked with numerous knicknacks and unusual objects and antiques carefully collected by the owners over many years. Imaginative Halloween decor included skeletons, witches, zombie baby, frightening figures etc. Hosts were very friendly and welcoming and recommended local restaurants. Room was clean. Host has culinary experience so breakfast was a very unique affair and beautifully presented. Location was perfect.

Admiral Peary Inn enjoys a location in Fryeburg, 5.1 miles from White Mountain National Forest and 10 miles from Kahuna Laguna.

Lots of history around. Old but clean. Great breakfast. Fun little game room with a record player and one of the best collections of records I’ve seen.

Great location. Great staff, very accommodating.. Extremely clean. Comfortable beds. Nice little mountain view from back window. Very much a retro feeling...like staying at grama's and we loved that!

Quiet no frills affordable place to get away for a night or two. Friendly staff and comfortable beds. Nice pool area with just a relaxing feel to the place. Not my first time here and it won’t be the last!
