She texted back quick, was happy to give us a little extra time to leave the next morning (we're late sleepers), and knows the area well! She recommended a good breakfast place and made the cabin really cozy for us. It's a quaint little place and has everything you might need for your stay.
Will definitely be coming back to stay another night here:)

This was a hole in wall stopover if you desperately need to stop.
There is no evidence of any kind of pride, upkeep or progress in this town (we drove through different parts of town). It’s sad .
Gas station food is all that was available.

Kadoka is a very small town that does not have a lot to...
Kadoka is a very small town that does not have a lot to offer as far as attractions. It was close to Badlands National Park( approx. 30 minutes to the entrance) and we did visit the distillery which was pretty good and very reasonable. There really is no place to eat so you will want to plan ahead. We ate in Wall. We also packed food. There is a moderate sized refrigerator. It was VERY hot so we really appreciated the air conditioning. Wish the pool was functioning. Comfortable place to stay for a couple of nights. Price was reasonable. Staff was friendly. Was nice to have TV and catch some news. Something we did not have the 10 days prior to heading through SD.

The service was happy and helpful. Our room ws clean and the a/c worked great. Breakfast was good too. We had a wedding 45 Minutes out of Kadoka SD. I called that morning to see if we could get into our room early to get ready for the wedding. The Customer service was wonderful and the cleaning was done well. We were able to get in get ready and get to the wedding on time and look great thanks to this hotel. Thank you:)

There was a bit of cereal in the lobby, but because our host said that breakfast would be put out around 9:00 we just ate our own breakfast because we wanted to be on the road by then. I believe our host was doing their best but the hotel was understaffed.

Basic but friendly hotel, but very minimal. Service was very good and rooms were OK. Fridge and Micro were very nice. TV was very good. Furniture was very dated and usefulness very limited.
