United StatesI was rudely awakened at 8 in the morning by a member of the staff banging on my door. They stated they ran my card and that it was declined and i needed to come downstairs and fix it sooner rather then later. By the time I got down there she had already ran it again and it went through with no issues. Considering check out was not until 10 am I see absolutely no reason why she felt the need to come upstairs and wake me up the way she did. It felt like I was essentially being accused of stealing from them or something.

This was a great hotel.
This was a great hotel. It was affordable and very accommodating with a microwave and refrigerator in the room. It was also pet friendly and had a pool. Customer service was great. We would definitely stay here again.Guest review byJeanette
