The cleaning lady was very cordial and fi ed our toilet. Then, our son accidentally ledt his medicine in the room when we left. The manager called us around 3:30 to tell us. We had to turn around to pick it up, but it was worth it. Thank you so much!

Thank you for having gluten free bread and other choices for my daughter. This is something you don’t see at other places and without an additional cost. Thanks again!!!

Visit the Cheese factory Store/museum on the main street.

Visit the Cheese factory Store/museum on the main street. The cheese is excellent, and very inexpensive, like $4/lb. Also, visit Waldner's meats on main street, they have craft jams and sausages that are excellent. There is also a meat store across from the Lantern Inn that has excellent sausages and bacon. Nice grocery store on hwy 12. There is an very nice cemetery next to hwy 12, with a memorial to veterans, I walked a bit in there, very nice.

Milbank is a small town, we usually go to visit my family.

Milbank is a small town, we usually go to visit my family. There are a lot of child friendly parks, but definitely not much sight seeing. But for what it's worth, I think it's a cute enough town to stop at and spend the night if you're on a road trip! It's about 3 1/2 hours away from Minneapolis which is the airport we usually fly into. Watertown is about an hour away and is a smaller city of about 22,000 and the Bramble Park Zoo is a ton of fun. Sioux Falls is about 2 1/2 hours away, and Brookings which has a Children's Museum is about an hour away as well. Cute little town :)

Visit the cheese factory Valley Queen museum, the old windmill, the coffee shop near VQM and Labolt Damn for a hike and some fishing. People are all wonderful no matter the direction you look. We are Veggies so Jalapeno's was good for some spice and vegetarian food!
