Early May is a slow time in Park City. A few shops were closed or had limited hours. However, we felt like it was the perfect time to visit specifically because it wasn't too busy. Just be aware that the weather can change quickly. On Friday, May 6th, it was about 70 degrees. By Monday morning there was about 2" of snow on the grass. Be prepared for all types of weather if you visit in the spring. The movie theaters absolutely suck, but that's not the main reason you go to visit a place like Park City. Just thought I'd mention it. If you want to see a movie, I recommend driving down to the Cinemark in Sugarhouse.
I really wish I liked it better. So close to the ski lifts and lots of fun places to go. But ouch! My wallet! The prices for food and drinks here are so high they're insulting. It's like the whole town is conspiring to price-gouge all the visitors. Something's gotta give, we're not all Hollywood celebrities and billionaires.
My wife and I skied in Deer Valley for 5 days and had a great time together and with another couple also here. Skiing was great, and that was the main reason for our trip! We mostly ate at our condo, but did go out to a restaurant (Nosh, Israeli food) one night, and it was lovely. It was easy to catch the city bus to get to the resort. However, that can take between 15 and 60 minutes depending on how long you wait and the traffic. Park City is friendly and filled with visitors this time of year; it's quite a busy little city.
The views surrounding the city of course were impressive. Some merchants not friendly at all, most were wonderful, making a person want to return to their business. Some great places to eat, especially the Grub Steak. Food could not be perfected beyond what these people have done. Added bonus if you have Danika as your server. Traffic is a bit chaotic, but survivable. No complaints at all and plan on visiting again.
great location if your looking for a quiet getaway in the off season. Really nothing not to like! Will definitely return to such a great location. If you go to the nearby grocery store you can prepare all the food you need in the kitchenette. The full size fridge, storage and provided dishes, plates, glasses give you everything you need. The microwave/ convection oven is fantastic everything is kitchen-aid. Theres a washer and dryer but no detergent. A dishwasher and 2 burner stove. There’s even a small safe to store valuables, but we didn’t use everything. The fridge has a place for water inside and ice below in the freezer if you have it make ice.
Park City is a great vacation spot in both summer and winter. We love hiking, biking, but our favorite was the Olympic Park where we spent a couple of days watching freestyle skiers practice jumps and spending a full morning doing all of the activities. Worth the money!
Park City
The space of the units for the price is unmatched anywhere in Park City. I've looked long and hard at alternatives over the past 10 years and haven't found it. For a family of four, the 1 bedroom deluxe with two bunk beds for the kids and two bathrooms elevates the enjoyment of the stay! There is a free shuttle to take you to either Deer Valley or Park City. Nice walking trail that is about a mile to walk to Main Street (weather permitting). Two good walkable restaurants nearby - Sammy's Bistro and Blind Dog.
Park City
Altho not on Main Street, bus is very close and host showed me location and gave me times. Room and bathrooms were clean. Room (single w queen bed) is very small but that's ok because there are adequate public spaces. Several restaurants and mini-mart nearby plus full grocery within walking distance. Multiple hooks on door to hang things making them readily accessible and not easy to forget.
It’s clean, there beds are so comfortable, the pillows were perfect, and the staff is some of the nicest!!! The front desk gentleman was so friendly, some of the greatest customer service I have received!! This will definitely be the hotel I stay at from now on in park city!!
Room decor was very nice. The bedding and bed itself was comfortable. Nice aesthetic. The pool/spa being open until 11pm is a huge plus. The hotel restaurant had excellent service and the food was also very good. We will be back the next time we visit Park City.
A nice hot breakfast, not a grab and go. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Although the hotel is not in Park City, The free ParkCity Shuttle bus stops in front of the hotel and drops you off at the transportation hub 100 yds from Main Street.
Canyons, Park City
Location couldn’t be better! Steps from the gondola and we could ski back directly into the hotel. We also had a create suite: two separated rooms with a spacious interconnected living room. 3 baths in total.
Park City
We like small get aways from him in park city and or heber and this by far was our favorite hotel! Super kid friendly and the private hot tube was out kids favorite! I would recommend this place to anyone!
Park City
Great location next to mountain and convenient bus or walk to Main Street. Everything there that we needed from the kitchen in the apartment to pool and other facilities. Would definitely stay again
Easy and quick checking, Great room, excellent breakfast. Located right off Interstate 20 easy access. I would recommend staying at the Best Western Landmark Inn in Park City Utah.
Lovely location in Park City. The hotel was super quiet and the room had a decent view of the mountains around Park City. The room itself was nicely decorated and comfortable.
Easy to access and on the street to get you to Main Street easily. Michael at the front desk gave great recommendations for the area as well as our inward journey!

Park City
Good location in Park City at the base of the mountain.
Park City
The place is fantastic, the location is very good because the ski resort is in front, there is rental, there is also an ice skating rink and restaurants around. The gym is open, the jacuzzis and the pool too, the water temperature is hot, very good for this winter. From the pool you can see the mountains with snow, it is a beautiful place to share with your partner and with your family
we got upgraded to a suite. thanks to the very warm and accommodating front desk staff. Staffer Don was most friendly and helpful in giving tips and advice. Space was squeaky clean as well and parking wasn't a problem.
