Terrible Housekeeping, leaking shower, then broken lavatory faucet, had to go to front desk from 7th Floor every evening to request fresh towels, coffee capsules and bed making. Then the very RUDE assist hotel manager put a real downer on our stay in Santa Ana where we were visiting family. I waited 20 minutes to talk to the assist manager, who then refused to talk to me saying she had a conference call. Then I met the prior 20 minute complaint and who also had a terrible stay experience :(

At arrival, the receptionist had her dog in the office and kept interrupting with its barking. Went to the room, but the key card did not work, had to go back to the office. Once in the room, no shower curtain and the room smelled like a tobacco factory. Back to the office we were given a handicapped room. Moved the luggage to the new room that was difficult to find. The second room had a phone that did not work, a clock radio that did not work, the shower floor was extremely slippery, no matt on the floor, and my wife almost fell. One of the lights above the bed did not work. The room was decent otherwise. I was never given the wifi password and I wasn't about to go back to the office since the phone did not work.

Great front desk assistance. Available parking.

Great front desk assistance. Available parking. The toilet made loud noise while water kept running. Bed uncomfortable. Put us on main Busy street. Racing cars off and on during the middle of the night.( We requested a quiet area in the hotel) we got the opposite. No other choices offered. Terrible unedible food in Bistro. Staff stated that's all have inls microwave precooked burger,$15! Very disappointed ☹️ Not up to Marriot standards

The smell was horrible, like someone was recently having sex and the room was not aired out so the scene hit me when I opened the door. The clerk was passive aggressive in her incompetence prolonging my transaction even after mentioning the fact that I soiled myself. I deserve a refund, especially after being woken up to a power drill each morning at 7am. In the room right above me like it was scripted. I should not have to pay my hard working check for such a terrible experience.
