The room was clean , comfortable and a nice area. parking is available. The staff is nice. Stores and restaurants are nearby A decent hotel for the area.

Great and accommodating service from the staff! Gave us late check out when we needed, because our car delayed at repair shop. Perfect location for radtrippers along interstate 44.

Very comfortable bed with a surplus of plush pillows. An excellent shower with good water pressure! Decent sized smart TV. The staff were lovely and friendly and super helpful! The price is incredibly reasonable considering you get a whole lot less and spend a whole lot more at other venues.

The hotel Is decent, some staff are friendly and compassionate, when you request tissue paper or room service they provide it, the position is ok and not too far from the subway Withlock AVE. You get TV, microwave, mini fridge (empty) and the heating is working good. Close to a local supermarket for purchase of basic living essentials like drinks and water

The bus stop is 5 feet from the entrance. Great food within the block.

There are many delicious restaurants nearby, and it's about a 15-minute walk from the subway station, which is quite convenient.

Everything was perfect. Krishel, on reception, was extremely polite and kind. My room was near the elevator and very noisy. She immediately changed my room, which was quite and much better.

The rooms are tidy, the right dimension and there is everything you need. The staff is very kind and professional. They are ready to help if you need. The gym and the swimming pool for guests are awsome. And also the distance from the main attractions of New York is fine with the metro. Everything was great. Thanks Reinassance!!!

The room was very large, clean and well appointed. There was very little noise from inside the hotel. Plenty of parkingva good bar and a decent breakfast selection.

Very friendly staff. Always smiling. Breakfast was wonderful. MYO waffles, fruit, hot buffet, pastries all in a super clean cafe area on 6th floor. We stayed two nights and both brekky were great! Bedroom is expected... just big enough for a king size bed. But nicely decorated and all we needed. It felt clean and fresh, if not painted and built to high spec. Loved the soap brand. They havent skimped on nice shampoos, conditioners etc. Housekeeping was excellent. There is a super friendly deli next door... 20/20 they make fresh sandwiches open late. Yes its South Bronx and I am from UK with my 14 yr old son, so not local and we felt fine if not slightly out of place. Just keep your wits about. The number 2 subway runs from 2 mins away at Simpson St straight into downtown Manhattan. 30min trip. Easy!!

It was easy to find and the room was very clean and well kept. Shout out to the front desk guy who was working during my short stay too. I'd definitely go back

Comfortable environments, very clean, the bed huge and comfortable, the TV as cinema.

I like that it was clean and quiet. I choose the non-smoking room. Me and my guest had a good time, we turn on the tv and played music through youtube. We had a small refrigderator where we stored our drinks.

Nice location everything was convenient

Location even though you have to walk a bit more from the Subway, this place is vibrant and nice China town nearby
