We rode our bicycles from Cao Bang to see the waterfalls and caves and so needed a comfortable and welcoming haven to stay in overnight before riding back and that is exactly what we found. The staff were welcoming, the bedroom was warm and cozy, and bathroom was great with hot water. We also had an excellent dinner and breakfast on site.

Very close to the waterfall just 1-2 minute walking distance. The room is clean. Staffs are nice, friendly. Receptionists are knowledgeable about other sightseeing nearby. The breakfast was buffet and typical.

The owners are great and they were very helpful only thing is to make sure you have Google Translate as they don't speak English and you can't blame them after all your in their country so if you don't speak Vietnamese you should have a translator app. Waterfalls are confidently located right down the road. There is no restaurant but several options within walking distance. Highly recommend if you're planning on visiting the falls. Enjoyed it so much I extended my stay an extra day. Local morning street market also within walking distance as well offering a wide range of options for locally grown produce to clothing. There are no grocery stores, but there's a few local stores offering limited options. Plan ahead if you want anything special. Would stay again, very clean and very modern. Also, a great view of China from your windows. And for 30,000 dong, they even power washed off my motorcycle.

This place have all the facilities required . Thang is 17 and is helping his family business. I paid an extra amount for his time and bike rent so he took me to the main spots in the area including the waterfalls. He can communicate in english which made my stay better.

I had a nicely decorated large room on the second floor & with a view and felt very well there! The family was extremely nice, I had two dinners at the family table sharing their food and communicating with them - including the lovely grandma - by hands & mimics. Definitely to be recommended!
