We spent 5 nights here including New Year’s Eve, and it honestly felt like staying on a private island. Only hotel guests can stay overnight, while day visitors have to pay to access the island, so it never felt crowded. The free boat transfer to the mainland at any time was a big plus. We stayed in a beautiful wooden house — very spacious, clean, well equipped, with two bedrooms and a lovely terrace with stairs leading straight down to a very private beach. The bathroom was large and clean; hot water was available most of the time (which is totally understandable on a remote island). There were occasional power cuts, but again, that’s part of island life and didn’t bother us. The main beach was fantastic, with coral reefs all around the island. Snorkelling was great, and kayaks and equipment were free for hotel guests. There’s one restaurant on the island, but prices were reasonable and the food was really tasty. The staff were amazing — kind, helpful, and always smiling. The overall atmosphere was relaxed and special. We really loved our stay and would 100% come back.

Good location close to the coast, lovely staff, and the place is pristine, it feels like someone is cleaning the communal kitchen several times a day. The pool is great (and I am not a pool person :)). I left my bags for a couple of nights I was in Tanna, it was no problem. Fast WiFi. Great communal areas, two sitting areas and an outdoor kitchen. Each room has its own little kitchen area (fridge + sink) and bathroom. You get two towels and a soap. The dorm has lockers.
