Absolutely incredible accommodation on a dairy farm. We felt so comfortable and taken care of. We got firewood for the fireplace and even got fresh milk, eggs, butter and bread from the farm in our unit. We loved it and would recommend it to all our friends and family :)

My partner an I had a beautiful stay. Our little cottage was immaculately clean. Everything about the place from the outdoors to the interior was amazing. Great for an escape from a busy lifestyle. Our host, Jennifer was very welcoming and attended to all our questions. My husband and I also enjoyed visiting Chocolate Heaven which is around 10 minutes away from the property.

We really enjoyed our stay at Farside. The guesthouse and surrounds are beautiful, the rooms and common areas very well maintained. The breakfast was delicious and communication excellent.

The experience did not meet the standards or expectations...

The experience did not meet the standards or expectations suggested by the listing and was certainly not commensurate with the price paid. We were required to remove our shoes and walk barefoot on the carpeted areas which were quite dirty, a condition that was not stated in the booking agreement and totally unacceptable! Kitchen lacked basic items, specifically wine glasses The shower lacked storage for soap and body wash, which had to be placed on the floor. Additionally, only 1 room had a mirror making getting ready a mission. The linen contained hair and was visibly stained. The upstairs room was unusable due to the complete absence of curtains Hosts personal belongings, including flip flops and prayer essentials created an uncomfortable environment. This property lacks basic amenities and cleanliness!
