There was a lady at the restaurant named Millicient who was just awesome to us..She was quick to assist at the kitchen with one of our meal requests.Very professional and friendly..

Fantastic location exceptional staff

I thoroughly loved the serenity, the decor was amazing, the grounds felt like a retreat in the midst of a city. After what was a lovely stay in Capetown for me, to come here was just so lovely. The food was top notch. The people exceeded expectation. I felt truly well looked after by everyone I engaged with. I lost my data so I’ve forgotten some of the names but I recall Charlotte I think from the restaurant at breakfast. I enjoyed lovely conversations with her amidst great service. Another lady at reception, a manager I think was just amazing, we took some photos and videos as I left to go back home. It was such a memorable stay. Amazing people. Amazing property.

Everything was excellent! I was initially concerned about the Wi-Fi, as I was traveling for work and, as a Software Engineer, a reliable internet connection is essential for my job. However, I worked for 20 days without any issues.

Everything. From reception to when we arrived, the ambiance is so welcoming and surroundings smell so fresh. My room was spacious and 5star. Service was exceptional.
