The staff was friendly..the receptionist Percy was so friendly together with her co worker, a gentleman whose name I didn't get. Taelo helped us with our luggage and was friendly..breakfast was delicious, the restaurant staff was welcoming especially their manager ( also didn't get his name. They were always willing to help and were very warm. The room was cleaned perfectly every single day. The place is beautiful and child friendly. We didn't need to go out for entertainment since they have darts,chess, board games, swimming pool, out door play area, pool table and table tennis. A great place for bonding as a family.

So welcoming. Excellent reception who had replied to our emails even before we left the UK. Beautiful room, clean and great decor and size. Calm surroundings with fantastic well manicured gardens. An oasis! Staff were friendly and efficient. Great place.
