JapanWe were initially on the 5th floor, but we noticed mold in the room. However, the staff moved us immediately to 10th floor and the room was immaculate. Everything was perfect! That staff were so hospitable and I loved the convenience of multiple restaurants, bar access, and ice cream shops directly outside the hotel. The pool and gym was amazing! This hotel was definitely worthy every penny. My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay here! 10/10 recommend!
