Arranged Tour Contract

By using our Platform you enter into an Arranged Tour Contract with us. Our contract with you is set out in the section here and the following three documents: Customer Terms of Service, How We Work and Content Standards and Guidelines. In the event of any conflict, the provisions of this section shall prevail over Customer Terms of Service and other terms as listed above. By agreeing to our Terms, you agree to everything in all three documents. If you don’t accept any of these Terms, please don’t use our Platform.

Product sales price

This varies on the travel experience, so please check the Service Provider information pages, during the booking process, in the fine print, and in the confirmation email or ticket (if applicable).

Necessary expenses other than the product

When you make a booking, you agree to pay the cost of the travel experience, including any charges and taxes that may apply.

Payment method

If we organise your payment, we (or, in some cases, our affiliate) will be responsible for managing your payment and ensuring the completion of your transaction with our Service Provider. In this case, your payment constitutes final settlement of the ‘due and payable’ price.

If the Service Provider charges you, this will usually be in person at the start of your travel experience, but it could also be (for example) that your credit card is charged when you book, or you pay when you check out of your accommodation. This depends on the upfront payment policy of the Service Provider as communicated to you in the booking process.

This varies depending on the travel experience, so please check the Service Provider information pages, during the booking process, in the fine print, and in the confirmation email or ticket (if applicable).

Delivery time of the product

The date of your stay will be the date you specified on the accommodation reservation website.

Changes and cancellations

When you make a booking, you accept the applicable policies as displayed in the booking process. You’ll find each Service Provider’s cancellation policy and any other policies (about age requirements, security/damage deposits, additional supplements for group bookings, extra beds, breakfast, pets, cards accepted, etc.) on our Platform: on the service provider information pages, during the booking process, in the fine print, and in the confirmation email or ticket (if applicable).

If we organise your payment, we (or, in some cases, our affiliate) will be responsible for managing your payment and ensuring the completion of your transaction with our Service Provider. In this case, your payment constitutes the final settlement of the ‘due and payable’ price.

If you have made payment to us (or, in some cases, our affiliate) and you are entitled to a refund according to the applicable policies, we will be responsible for issuing the refund process in accordance with the applicable procedures.
