The property is very close to Finikounta centre and the beach. Mini market is 5 minutes walk away if you need to pop out and get some food. The property is beautifully decorated with exceptional views (particularly in the mornings). The owner was very welcoming, regularly checking whether we have everything what we need. We were two ladies travelling alone. The parents who live downstairs even offered to drive us to the Destino beach bar which was 7 minutes away by car. An absolute must to visit. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Avocantos House is such a beautiful and well maintained place, fully equipped with everything you need. It‘s located close to a very nice and not crowded beach and Stelios and his wife are just the nicest people who make sure that you have everything you need. There’s even a breakfast service ;)) We will surely come again, it was just lovely ❤️

I loved everything about our stay! We arrived late at night and the host graciously helped us check in. The breakfast was exceptional! They broight us homemade traditional breakfast- definitely worth getting in the morning to eat with the fantastic view on the balcony. If I am back in this location, I would 110% stay with them again. Thank you so much!

This is not for you if you want modern wifi air con Greece. If you want peace and tranquility and love the sounds and smells of rural Greece it is heaven. It was superb. Easy lovely walk to town or up into hills.
