The villa itself is immaculately clean, spacious, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is breathtaking. Waking up each morning to panoramic lagoon views and peaceful surroundings felt like a dream. If you're looking for privacy, comfort, and an authentic slice of paradise, Tavake Villa is the place to be. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Aitutaki.

Very quite and private no neighbours

Our two-week stay at Are Kapakapa was absolutely incredible. This family-run gem offers a unique blend of comfort, hospitality, and natural beauty that truly makes it stand out. From the moment we arrived, Vaa and Joliene, the wonderful hosts who manage the property, welcomed us with such warmth and genuine care that we instantly felt at home. Their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring our stay was perfect made the experience unforgettable. The property itself is a slice of paradise. Surrounded by lush coconut trees, the entire house exudes a peaceful charm. One of the highlights of our stay was the close proximity to the beach—just a short walk away. It’s hands down one of the best beaches we’ve ever visited, with pristine sands and crystal-clear waters that made every moment there magical. The house is fantastic—spacious, immaculately clean, and well-equipped to provide a cozy and comfortable experience. The cool sea breeze and the thoughtful layout of the house ensured we were always comfortable. It’s clear that Vaa and Joliene have put great effort into making Are Kapakapa a home away from home for their guests. Another highlight of our stay was exploring the fruit trees around the property. The coconuts were a delightful treat, perfect for a refreshing snack after spending time at the beach. Every aspect of Are Kapakapa reflects the love and effort that Vaa and Joliene pour into their hospitality. The combination of the peaceful atmosphere, thoughtful amenities, and personal touches made our stay truly special. What a quiet, clean, private & safe place with a camera at the driveway. Same family as Tai Marino which is also an awesome home and view from that verandah-amazing. Just a 40sec walk to the beach from your room at Tai'inu. Enjoyed our stay at both properties thank you Vaea and Marokii.

We had an amazing stay here and instantly felt like home from the arrival onwards. Communication with the host was easy and friendly. They even provide a washing machine and free WiFi. We definitely recommend you to stay here.

Kura is the ultimate host! We were welcomed with a traditional flower garland and were shown the island before we were dropped off at Rangiriri Vacay. The unit is all you need for a nice stay in Aitutaki it's well centred in town and was very clean. We even had fresh coconuts waiting for us and the room had bottled water and papayas. Kura went above and beyond in also helping us rent scooters and driving us to the rental place. We're keen on coming back some day and we will 100% check availability at Rangiriri for that trip.

Loved the house, the view, the clean facilities, big TV was a bonus, was able to watch Sky tv.

Perfectly named - Heaven to Sea! Everything was perfect. Spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, beautiful quality linen and fluffy white towels, well equipped and overlooking the bluest of blue sea. The manager Mere, has thought of every little detail to make your stay a wonderful experience. Great communication and attention to detail with a personal warm greeting on arrival. It was an absolute privilege to stay there. Highly recommended if you want a slice of Paradise. Thank you Mere for making our stay such a happy one.

The bungalow is set on a private beach in a quiet location. Amazing sunsets! The bungalow is super clean with everything we needed for a long weekend stay. We will be back.

The location was perfect. The house was immaculately clean and presented beautifully. We loved the deck and being able to sit outside for breakfast.
