This house is amazing. Anything any other opinion says is true - it is a paradise! The terrain is vast, like you own a part of the mountain side, and the house is spacious, with several separate parts, so two families can live there comfortably in separate parts and meet in the kitchen and outside in the yard. It is also true there are steps - 64 steps from the house to the beach and also a two minute walk from the parking spot to the house, including some steps on the way. But it is all safe and comfortable, unless you have a leg injury or other mobility problems. And thanks to those steps, you live on a cliff with spectacular views!! And the beach - with deckchairs, a shade, a SUP board, a boat, located in a small shallow bay and opening to the sea, is very conveniently organized.

Location, location, location Close to all main happenings yet quiet to sleep. A/C on both floors, well equipped kitchen, rooms, as well as the bathrooms (newly renovated). The backyard is little gem , having coffee under the fig tree and picking them up at the same time! Grapes is surrounding the garden and when laying on the lounge chair one feels like in Caesar’s time. Beautiful, beautiful place!!! I’d give more than 10 but they didn’t give me the option. The owner, Ms. Tanja Bobinac is an amazing person who would go extra mile to accommodate her guests so we felt more like a family than guests. Great woman with open mind, knowledgeable and a lot to learn from her. We’re definitely looking forward to seeing her again soon and staying in her home.

We had a fantastic stay! There were six of us, including two teenagers, and there was more than enough space for everyone. The house is exceptionally well equipped with everything you could need, and the outdoor area is perfect for barbecues, long evenings and simply enjoying the beautiful nature around you. The location offers complete peace and relaxation, yet is close enough to many of Lika’s attractions and places worth exploring. Summer evenings were pleasantly cool, the stars at night were incredible, and we even spotted deer nearby. The hospitality was truly above and beyond. We were welcomed with a fully stocked fridge, and both the hosts and the caretaker were incredibly kind, helpful and responsive, providing us with plenty of useful information and recommendations. Lika still feels like one of Croatia’s undiscovered paradises, and this is the perfect starting point for exploring everything it has to offer while enjoying complete peace and nature. We will definitely be back — next time in autumn or winter, to experience this beautiful place in a completely different atmosphere!

The best stay on the Croatian coast ever! The villa has everything you could possibly need for a perfect holiday - and much more. All the amenities shown in the pictures are there, including a PS5, as well as a beautiful garden, an amazing heated pool, and a wonderful terrace with a BBQ area and stunning views. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the kitchen was exceptionally well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Tomi and his wife are incredibly friendly and accommodating, and they made us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be coming back

The house was incredibly beautiful, it looked like Mamma Mia. With an almost private beach and beautiful facilities. The truth is that no complaints. The host was really really nice and willing to help us with everything.
