Everything is perfect. The house s tucked in a quiet neighborhood. You will enjoy short walk to two beaches (one is in cove so it’s gentle, perfect for beach picnic, the other one has good wave, perfect for surfing). The owner is so accommodating and kind. The house is impeccably updated and layout of the house is well thought out. This is an exceptional vacation house.

10/10 stay with Bird Logg Amami. From the moment we arrived at our accommodation we felt comfortable. The cabin is clean, spacious and has a very nice atmosphere. The cooking and bathroom facilities are perfectly equipped and well thought out, making the stay very easy and relaxing. We stayed a total of six days and five nights, and wish we could have stayed longer! The washing machine and drier was a massive plus given our long stay and many trips to the beautiful ocean around the island.We appreciated the attention to detail. The trip was made incredible by the host Namibe and his family, who extended great hospitality. They were very kind and generous. During our stay Namibe ensured we ticked off all of the activities we wanted to do, including fishing, swimming with turtles and offered great local knowledge regarding which beaches to visit. Overall, we had an amazing stay, and it was very affordable, even during Golden Week. I highly recommend staying here. This gorgeous house is about a 15 minute drive from the airport. We had a group of 7 people and had plenty of space. The downstairs room has a double bed and 2 futons. I think there were 3 futons in each of the 2 upstairs rooms. The house has 1 bathroom downstairs next to the washer/dryer. There are 3 toilets - 1 in the downstairs bedroom, 1 near the entry, and 1 at the top of the stairs. The 7 of us fit comfortably around the dining table for meals. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies and equipment. There is a fridge, microwave, stove, oven, electric kettle, and rice cooker. I recommend you look through the kitchen before buying some items, as we saw a lot of oil, sugar, and various sauces. There was also some plastic wrap and aluminum foil that we used. The house has gorgeous wood furniture and decorative carvings, which give a rich homey feeling. Since our flight arrived around 6pm, the host suggested we stop at the nearby grocery store to buy essentials since many places on the island close early. When we arrived at the house, the door was unlocked and we called the host for check-in. She gave us a quick tour of the facilities and was very helpful with beach and restaurant recommendations during our stay. The house also has an ice machine on the patio and air conditioners in several rooms. There's a small portable bbq in the back that is free to use, but we didn't have a chance to use it. The living room has an ornate wooden table that we used in the evenings to play games. There are some toys and books for children too, so it seems very family-friendly.

Wonderful host. Doesn't speak english but we made it work. He met us there to make sure we had everything we needed. He had heated up the outdoor bath which was wonderful. The house is just across from a beautiful quiet white sand beach. The outdoor bath was amazing. The house had all we need. By the pictures we thought we were getting a bigger house. But we got the mini house next door. No complaints, it had all we need. We had a very relaxing stay. Secluded, but at the same time just 10min away from either a small store or restaurant. Bigger grocery stores are maybe a 20min drive. But beautiful drive.
