The building is crafted and maintained to an exceptional standard—it's hard to imagine how such meticulous attention to detail is even possible. Its location is simply flawless, with stunning views overlooking the inlet to Ios harbour. Just a short drive away are some of the island’s best restaurants and beaches, making it the perfect balance of privacy and accessibility. The hosts were fantastic—warm, welcoming, and always available, yet respectfully discreet. It’s not cheap, but that’s the price of exclusivity. A rare gem. Worth every penny for what truly feels like a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

We’ve stayed here for 2 summers now and it’s been brilliant both times. The room is clean, spacious and right on the beach. The location couldn’t be any better… just a short walk into the town and just down the road from the port and where the bus stops. The hosts are a lovely, welcoming and very friendly family who couldn’t be any more helpful! We will definitely be retuning.

Very clean, amazing view, quiet, close to amenities. the hostess was one of the kindest and most helpful people I have ever known. The house was luxurious and very nicely decorated.

Top quality furniture, towels, showers, pool, bath, kitchen, lounge, all within an awesome view! Place is in a walkable distance from town, but still manages to be completely private. Walkable distance to tavernas, restaurants, bars, clubs, supermarkets, restaurants, and takeaways. Hosts were always on hand to assist with questions ( and when I managed to lock myself out ), nothing was too much hassle for them. Will definitely be returning, cannot wait.

Not only is her villa a serene slice of paradise, it’s an excellent location and the island itself is breathtaking. We could not be more happy with the amenities the villa had to offer and how helpful Giulia was- both are an absolute treasure to Ios. She is kind and considerate in her interactions with guests and clearly cares about her property- ensuring guests enjoy the villa to its fullest.

Psathi 내에 위치한 Anthoula's House에서 머물러보시기 바랍니다. 숙소는 Homer's Tomb에서 약 14km 거리에 있으며, 바다 전망, 테라스, 파티오 등을 제공합니다. 숙소는 프사티 비치에서 5분 거리에 있으며, 정원, 무료 전용 주차장을 갖추고 있습니다. The house is well-equipped, you will find all the facilities you need. Wifi is surprizingly good. The interior is nicely designed, clean and well-mainteined. Should you prefer spending a few days in a charming, uninterrupted environment, do not miss this place. Warm welcome both from the owners on arrival and by the gorgeous sunrise every morning. Great restaurant and a nice beach (Psathi) in walking distance. Coming to Ios, we would chose the Anthoula's House again without any further thinking.
