The villa is so well designed, each bedroom has an en suite bathroom fully equipped with toiletries & slippers, two rooms have walk in wardrobes, the beds are really comfortable…the living space is open and roomy with large couch and tv perfect for teenagers to relax. The kitchen is compact with everything you need. The pool area is a gem. With multiple sitting areas, bbq area & a shower. The pool itself is located above the sea…the vista is literally breathtaking. I had to pinch myself to make sure it was real…The little touches just add to the excellent location making the whole stay homely, special, warm and welcoming. Lukia and her husband were so helpful assisting us with anything we needed. We just loved it. Thank you.

A beautiful house with a lot of character, pretty old fashioned furniture, well-equipped. Just a couple of minutes walk to the centre of Vathy, but in a peaceful area. Would stay there again.

The Villa itself is beautiful, very well maintained and clean in a great location that offers you fabulous views. Built by the owner’s grandfather it has been lovingly restored to provide a beautiful traditional property. Whilst it is a walk down to the town and beaches (not for the infirm!) that’s more than made up for by the views from the many terraces and peace and quiet. The owners are a delightful family who are so helpful & friendly and nothing is too much trouble.

Such an amazing property, the view was even better then you can imagine, watching sunset over Polis beach was something that cannot be beaten. Britta was a fantastic host throughout the entire stay, communication was excellent and it was great to have some tips for taxi etc. We will absolutely back to stay at Pantakai we cannot recommend enough

This place is beautiful. So wonderfully presented, everything you need, amazing views from a wonderful terrace, quiet, cosy, great location for accessing Kioni. Fantastic hosts. We were able to get in last minute when our initial accommodation turned out to be terrible, and this was a little piece of heaven. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Ithaca.
