I had a wonderful stay at this property! The apartment is exactly as described – clean, tidy, and very comfortable with a great bed. The highlight is definitely the balcony, which offers a beautiful view over the sea and bay, set in a quiet and welcoming neighborhood. The place is well equipped with everything you might need – a filter coffee machine, toaster, fridge, cutlery, and more – making it easy to feel right at home. There’s also ample parking space, which is very convenient. What truly makes this stay special is the host. Exceptionally kind and helpful, with a warm personality that makes you feel genuinely welcome. I would absolutely check the availability here again when visiting Samos – highly recommended!

The warm welcome by Aleka & Maria with surprise water bottles, delicious grapes and goodies! We loved the hospitality, clean rooms and a friendly peace and quiet area. The apartment has also a huge private terrace overlooking the sea and the mountains as well as three more balconies to choose where to sit! The scenery from the whole apartment is amazing! The walk to the beach is about 3-4 minutes through lovely olive trees and the property has a parking space next to it if you have a car. Also when one of our AC didn't work the electrician was called and fixed it within 1 hour! We felt like home instantly and did not want to leave at all. Thank you for all your big heart and kindness as well as goodbuy-surprise -Aleka & Maria! We will definitely be back!

Our hosts, Alexia and George, were extremely attentive and helpful. Whatever we needed, they were always there to assist promptly. Thanks to their warm hospitality and the comfort of the house, Toby’s House will be our only choice for all our future holidays in Samos.
