Lovely little cottage, managed by a lovely Greek family. We want to personally thank Dimitris and his mother Maria who were very welcoming, driving with us to the location, making sure we do not stray. They prepared for us a fresh fruit platter together with a bottle of wine and bottled water for our stay, including cold refreshing water in the fridge. Dimitris wrote to us regularly, ensuring everything is in order and we don’t need anything, for which we want to thank once more. The cottage had almost everything you needed for your stay, new or in pristine condition utilities, coffee capsules (also decaf), tea, ice cubes in the freezer, wet wipes in the bathroom besides anything else. Although the road to the cottage is a bit challenging, steep, with a couple of hairpin curves where you need to understand how to negotiate the elevation, if you have a bit of driving experience you will have no problems. We arrived in a SUV, but the road can be handled as well with a small car or a sedan, if you know what you need to do. If you are in search of an adventure and quite lovely place, away from all the hustle and bustle of the city and beaches, this is the place for you. Greeks, like Italians, build in remote location or on hilly sites with a great view. Lovely view over the island capital and sea. On our departure, Dimitris and his mother Maria were present, thanking us personally for our stay and for the conditions we left the location. We will definitely return to this place when we will travel to Thassos.

Really nice house, you have all you need

We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this apartment! It is fully equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need – washing machine, laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, and many other thoughtful essentials. It truly feels like a place you could move into straight away. The owner was very friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The beach is just a short walk from the apartment, making the location perfect for a relaxing holiday. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We would definitely stay here again!

A Wonderful Two Weeks at Katsanikos House ❤️ We spent two wonderful weeks in Prinos at Katsanikos House, and we can honestly say that we were absolutely satisfied with everything. We have probably never stayed in such a wonderful accommodation before. The house is located in a beautiful, peaceful and quiet surroundings, and it is equipped with every comfort and luxury you could possibly need. There are spacious living areas, large and comfortable rooms, huge wardrobes, extremely comfortable beds, and beautiful, spotless white towels and bed linen, which were changed every three days. The cleanliness was simply impeccable. The spacious terraces and beautiful garden were perfect for relaxing, enjoying the peaceful surroundings and having a barbecue. Every little detail showed how much care and love the hosts put into making their guests feel comfortable. And if there is one thing that made this place truly special, it was the hosts themselves. They are absolutely wonderful, kind and incredibly thoughtful people. They welcomed us not just as guests, but almost like friends. We received so much kindness, so many smiles and so much help from them throughout our stay. They also surprised us several times with lovely gifts and delicious local treats, which made our holiday even more special and unforgettable. Sadly, the two weeks passed far too quickly, but one thing is certain: we will definitely come back next year! ❤️ From the bottom of our hearts, we would like to thank our wonderful hosts for everything – for their kindness, thoughtfulness, countless smiles, helpfulness, lovely surprises and for making us feel so welcome and cared for. The cutest place! When we arrived Bali and het husband were still there so we simply got handed the keys ;-) The location is lovely, Theologos is a nice little village to walk around in the evening with plenty of restaurants and shops. A short ride from the beaches which for us is perfect. So nice a quiet at night. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The accommodation was spotless, modern, and very well maintained. Everything looked even better than in the photos. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Everything you need is nearby, and it’s easy to explore the area on foot. The hosts were extremely kind, helpful, and always available if we needed anything. Their excellent English made communication smooth and easy. The apartment was cleaned daily, which we truly appreciated. The spacious terraces were a lovely bonus, perfect for enjoying quiet evenings. Private parking was provided, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Thassos, you really can’t go wrong with this choice.
