El alojamiento tiene muchísimo encanto. Es una casona vieja justo enfrente del castillo de Kastela. La habitación limpia, cuidada y espaciosa. El baño perfecto, la ducha funcionaba muy bien. El anfitrión nos esperó a la llegada para darnos las llaves, enseñarnos la habitación y darnos un montón de consejos sobre el lugar. Además nos guardó un aparcamiento para que pudiésemos estar cómodos en la llegada, fue todo un detalle.

The property is really good. We stayed in a room with a balcony and a lake view and the view was really amazing. It is very close to go to the lake and staff of the property is very friendly and helpful. They offer really amazing, homemade/fresh food in their restaurant. Since a lot of swimming places in croatia have stones and you need to have special shoes this lake was amazing because it is not stony and really comfortable to take a swim. It is very peaceful and good place for relaxing and meditation. Rooms are very clean and freshly done. The owner of the house offers a lot of different activities free of charge. This place is really amazing who wants to have peaceful vocation with a nice view and comafortable stay. The only disadvantage is that village by itself is located quite far from civilization and there are not so many places to visit around. To the closest market and village city is about 12 km but it takes to drive about 20 minutes.

Holiday Home Riva Promenade tiene hospedaje climatizado para huéspedes en el centro de Split, a 18 minutos a pie de Bacvice Beach, a 4.6 km de Park Mladeži Stadium y a 7 minutos a pie de Diocletian's... The apartment was in a fabulous location. 20 minutes walk to Bacvice beach, 15 minutes to the ferry to travel to Hvar and Vis and 5 minutes into Split centre. Restaurants and cafes right outside the apartment although you couldn’t hear any noise as the windows are sound proof. There are also steps (about 200) that take you to a restaurant with amazing views over Split. The beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept in with luxurious linen. The views from both bedrooms were breathtaking. The bathroom and kitchen were small but have everything you need. This was made up for with ample space in both bedrooms and a sitting area in one of them. Air conditioning worked well. Communication with hosts was excellent. Replied to any questions within 20 minutes. A bottle of wine, beers and cokes in the fridge on arrival.

Unique, spacious, gorgeous apartment located along the waterfront gave our family (parents + 3 young adult children) a chance to spread out after traveling together for a week. Three bathrooms, three bedrooms, well appointed, and convenient to all the shops, restaurants, and an easy walk from the ferry stop. Easy access into the unit and great communication from the hosts. Had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

The location is excellent – you can see beautiful sunrises and sunsets even from the window, and you can go swimming right next to the house. The house is well-maintained and well-equipped, and the host is very kind and easy to communicate with. I'd love to come back here again.

He was incredibly kind, attentive, and always available if we needed anything. It’s clear that he truly cares about making guests feel comfortable. The house itself is beautiful and well-maintained, offering everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The pool is fantastic – clean, spacious, and perfect for enjoying sunny days. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and we slept so well every night, which is so important when you’re on vacation. One of the things we loved most was the peaceful atmosphere. The area is quiet and surrounded by nature, with plenty of birds singing in the morning – it was such a lovely and calming experience. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, relaxation, and great hospitality. We hope to come back in the future!

We stayed 5 days in this modern, super clean, and beautiful villa. First of all, the villa is spotless. You won’t find a single fingerprint anywhere when you check in. The windows are so crystal clear that my kids twice didn’t even realize there was glass! The owner, Mr. Mladen, is incredibly kind and friendly. Both Mladen and Domagoj do their absolute best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Mladen loves to talk and share stories about his villa, Croatia, food — pretty much everything. He’s such a warm and huggable person. The villa has a comfortable, warm jacuzzi and a heated pool with a perfect temperature for a relaxing swim. You get plenty of towels — not just one per person for the whole stay, but enough for several days, which is really nice. There’s a Nespresso machine, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need — beautiful glasses, plates, dishes, all new and of high quality. We also loved the villa’s location. We had done our homework beforehand, so we knew exactly what to expect. Complaining about the location afterward just doesn’t make sense — do your research and you’ll appreciate it as we did. A little tip: the house right in front of the pool sells fresh olive oil at a very decent price — definitely buy some, it’s amazing! And finally, we were deeply touched by Mr. Mladen’s thoughtful gesture — he brought us a lovely gift at the end of our stay, and even had presents for our children. That meant a lot to us. Overall, a wonderful experience — spotless villa, kind people, and warm hearts. We will definitely come back!

We spent our holiday at Ivan and Drago’s apartments from August 26th to September 6th, 2025, and it was simply unforgettable! The hosts are incredibly kind and thoughtful – they welcomed us with amazing homemade specialties and made us feel like family. The apartments are modern, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything: powerful air conditioning, super comfortable mattresses, a great shower, and a kitchen with all you need if you like to cook. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing – perfect for rest, yet close enough to explore the area. It truly felt like a little paradise where every detail was made for comfort. We can’t recommend this place enough – if you are looking for a wonderful holiday, this is the right choice!
