I am rating 10/10 because the system won’t let me rate higher 😁 The room exceeded expectations (very clean, spacious and absolutely beautiful). The location was amazing and close to everything. The staff were extraordinary and helpful with everything, very attentive to our needs. It really was an experience in the jungle, the pathway to the property was pathed and easy to get in and out of the property. The breakfast was delicious and perfectly on time as requested. Variety of breakfast was good and we could preorder it the night before. We needed the shower water warmer and within 10 min they had it sorted. They had snacks and drinks available at reception and when we asked for something they didn’t have, they arranged it for us. The manager was constantly checking in when he saw us and was very attentive with responses via WhatsApp. He even spoke about future plans for the property to improve the overall experience. Overall amazing experience and would definitely recommend it to others, if we’re ever in Ubud again we will be there.

It is easy to communicate and ask or request for anything. The place can arrange airport pick up and drop off . The have an in-house spa which is very nice since you dont have to go anywhere else to have a spa treatment. Will definitely stay here again if given a chance.
